Beth Harris
President-Elect

Beth Harris, SMPS Atlanta President-Elect, has been in the A/E/C industry since 1995.  She is a graduate of East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and is currently the Director of Business Development for ECS Southeast, LLC, in Marietta, Georgia.

Beth has been an active member of SMPS Atlanta since joining in 2002.  She has been a vital member of the Programs Committee for the past five years, and was the 2005 Pacesetter Award recipient.  Beth served as Chapter Secretary 2005-2007, and was named as SMPS Atlanta Member of the Month in September 2007.  

ECS Southeast, LLC is a geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting and construction materials testing firm, with Georgia offices located in Marietta, Buford and Savannah.  ECS has over 1,200 employees in 35 offices and is headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia.  ECS offers a full range of services related to due diligence, site evaluation and construction inspection and monitoring services.
