Mentoring Luncheon

- Wish you could get some solid career guidance from someone who really understands you and your job?
- Want to forge a rewarding professional relationship with another sharing person in the AEC industry?
If you answered yes to any of those questions, you may be a perfect candidate for the SMPS Mentoring Program.
Here’s how it works.
- Register for the mentoring luncheon on May 9th (it’s free, but registration is required);
- Attend the luncheon – you’ll learn more about the SMPS Mentoring Program and you’ll meet other mentors and mentees (yours may be sitting next to you);
- Sign up for the program by filling out an application so we can match you with someone who meets your needs;
- Come back for the next session and get connected;
- Sign a mentoring “contract” to solidify your commitment;
- Meet with your mentor/mentee and set some goals;
- Now you’re off and running – toward a very rewarding experience that can continue even after the year’s program ends.
