The BeltLine, a 22-mile loop of historic railroad, is Atlanta's once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a model city of the 21st century by increasing greenspace, enhancing mobility and fostering economic development.

With nearly 3,000 acres of underutilized properties along the BeltLine, significant redevelopment will generate growth and create jobs, particularly in areas that have been historically underdeveloped.
