In today’s competitive marketplace, making a good first impression can be critical to success. Unfortunately, business situations aren’t always easy to navigate, but knowing the proper protocol can help steer you from disaster. “Business Etiquette 101” will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to get through any professional situation with grace and ease. Speakers:
Lynn Marshall has been trained and certified as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant by The Protocol School of Washington®, the leader in etiquette and protocol services. Qualified to present comprehensive trainings designed to teach business etiquette, international protocol and dining skills, Ms. Marshall’s interactive seminars or one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to give professionals and executives the knowledge to handle situations where business is promoted or conducted. Ms. Marshall has also completed Protocol Officer Training™ equipping her with a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of operational protocol for both business and government. Ms. Marshall has held numerous volunteer board leadership positions at King’s Ridge Christian School in Alpharetta, Georgia including Co-chair of the school’s $16.5 million Cornerstone Capital Campaign. Ms. Marshall was responsible for introducing the National League of Junior Cotillions™ program to students at King’s Ridge Christian School. She is a past member of the Junior League of Atlanta and has also held several board positions within The Junior League of Gwinnett and North Fulton Counties. She has facilitated presentations to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Cogent Design, Greater Atlanta Christian School, Right Management, The Kettering Group and Wells Real Estate Funds. Ms. Marshall holds a degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University and resides in Norcross, Georgia with her husband, John and two sons.
