Our March program focuses on diversity, which
we define as promoting inclusiveness and respect
for the uniqueness and differences of all team
members, including all the traditional differences– age, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. An inclusive
work force can best serve each of our client bases
by offering an array of cultural backgrounds and
perspectives. SMPS has assembled a panel of
experts from corporate and government entities
to assist us all in learning how we can become
catalysts for diversity within each of our firms,
resulting in gaining clients and strengthening
existing relationships with clients and the
community.
The program will be moderated by Bob Story,
Publisher of Equal Business Construction Review.
