How To Obtain Contracts From The Corps Of Engineers
This is a marvelous opportunity to hear directly from one of the key personnel involved in the architectural, engineering and construction process for the South Atlantic Division of the Corps of Engineers. Camille Krolikowski is a registered architect. She has served the Corps in Mobile and is currently Assistant Chief of Engineering in Savannah.
She will discuss how to get work with the Corps, and give us an overview of past, present and future status of the Corps' construction programs in both Savannah and Mobile.

Camille M. Krolikowski has served as Chief of Engineering Support Branch/Assistant Chief of Engineers, Savannah District since September 2002. Prior to her selection to this position, she was a member of Office of Chief of Engineers Value Engineering Study Team and was the team leader for numerous Value Engineering studies worldwide.
From 1996 to 2001, she completed a tour of duty with USACE Europe District in Wiesbaden, Germany. During this time, she was the Program Manager for the $600 million Barracks Modernization Program as well as a Project Management Section Chief for a wide range of projects in the U.S. Army’s largest Area Support Group in Germany.
Before her tour with the Europe District, Ms.Krolikowski was Chief of the Architectural Section, Mobile District. During her 8 years with the Mobile District, she was also project architect and technical team leader for all in-house projects in Latin America and authored a Design Guide for Construction Materials and Techniques in Latin America. She introduced the charrette process of preliminary design for several large in-house Army design projects in Mobile District.
Prior to her entry into federal service in 1988, Ms. Krolikowski practiced architecture in the private sector in Atlanta, Georgia and Mobile, Alabama.
Her professional awards include two Commanders Awards for Civilian Service, the Superior Achievement Award for Civilian Service and USACE Architect of the Year Award 1993.
Ms. Krolikowski holds a Bachelor of architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a Registered Architect in Alabama and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Ms. Krolikowski is married to Edward M. Krolikowski and has one son, Kevin. She is an avid rider and horse enthusiast and competes at a local level. Other hobbies include reading, bicycling and travel.
