Mackley is Director of Marketing/Consultant for Innovative Solutions Group, Ltd.  (ISG), a Premier Partner with Deltek.  A recognized results-driven marketing professional with more than nine years of marketing experience, Sarah has a demonstrated ability to streamline operations and increase productivity.  Throughout her career she has provided marketing guidance to architectural, engineering, surveying, and contracting firms.  She was recruited by Prime Engineering, Inc., in 2004, to standardize and rebrand the company and streamlined the proposal process.  Due to her service and success at the firm she was the 2005 recipient of Prime’s Quality Control/Quality Assurance Award and in 2006 she was named Employee of the Year. In her current position at ISG, she oversees marketing and sales for the company, as well as provides consulting, implementation, and training to AEC clients on Deltek’s CRM and Proposal database. 

Sarah is also the Director of Communications for the Georgia Chapter of Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS-GA) overseeing the chapter’s website, newsletter, and blog.  In 2006, she took on the task of standardizing and redesigning the brand and corporate image of the organization, as well as providing content to the newsletter, Inspiration, under the “tools of the trade” section.  Her most recent accomplishment includes the redesign of the chapter’s website, which she designed and assisted with the development.  The website received 1st place in 2006 and 2007 at the National SMPS Conference.  For her contributions to the Chapter, she received the Pacesetter Award in 2007.
