Generational differences in the workplace can have an effect on everything from recruiting, team building, staff productivity and employee motivation. Differences in how people communicate can vastly affect misunderstandings, employee turnover, gaining employee commitment and attracting new staff.
Please join us as presenter Dave Bowerman conducts a half-day workshop entitled “Generational Management”. This program is designed to help attendees become more aware of the generational differences that exist with regard to style, communication, conflict management, and motivation. Workshop participants will learn how to utilize their differences to help improve workplace productivity, team work, and communication. About the Presenter:
