Advanced Marketing Coordinator

GreenbergFarrow, a national architecture, planning, engineering and development consulting services firm has an opening for an Advanced Marketing Coordinator. This position requires someone with a team-oriented approach to work with the director of marketing and other firm leadership. With eight offices nationwide and over 280 professionals, GreenbergFarrow is a fast-paced environment with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of and be instinctive with integrating marketing concepts and strategies into a wide range of marketing materials such RFQ/P responses, internal and external communications, brochures and several other important tools. This individual will have sound business judgment, a well-developed sense of initiative, have strong writing skills (grammatically, politically and creatively) and appreciates branding and its execution. Candidates must also be highly professional, instinctively communicative and team-oriented, well organized, able to work independently and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Candidates must have fluent working knowledge with the MS Office platform of programs as well as Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator).

Maintain / update marketing resources (resumes, project sheets, etc.)
Internal newsletter
Award submissions
PowerPoint presentations
Advertising

Assist efforts including:

PR
Internet
Intranet
New marketing materials

Candidates must have an A/E background, 3+ years of experience and a degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field.
